I use my Sansa Clip to play audiobooks and not much else.

It has worked quite well for almost 2 years now.

Recently, it has begun to playback at a higher speed making the narator's voice higher pitched and the words sometimes come too fast to understand easily.

I've tried formatting the player and reinstalling the books.

The problem still exists.

Is there any way to cure this problem?
