Hey there,

I recently cleaned up my file system (or so I thought) by reorganising my files system (removed a lot of directories and simplified the whole structure).  But it just made things worse.  Now it takes 6-7 minutes to boot each time I try to start it.  Very annoying.  Any ideas what I should do here ?
