My Clip is malfunctioning. Firstly, it no longer turns on. When I have it plugged into my computer, all seems normal however when I unplug it, nothing happens. No welcome screen. No nothing. Also, when I try to update it with the newest update, it will not load. All seems fine until I unplug the clip, then as I stated prior, nothing happens. When I plug it back into my computer, all seems fine once again.

I have tried the soft reset to no avail. I have tried plugging it into a different USB port, didn't help. I tried plugging it into a different computer, nothing.

Are there any other suggestions for what I can do? Thank you for your reply.
