hey

i got prob with my sansa clip.

the prob is that when i try to turn it on, it dosent work. it just wont start.

when i plug it  in to my computer it says that i have to format my mp3 to open it. when i try to format it (and i know i going to lose everything) it says that the windows could not start the formation -.-

can someone pliz help me
