I have a Sansa Clip 2GB. Is it possible to access the files as a normal, removable diskdrive? When I used Win2000 for updating files that was no problem, now (winXP) it seems like the only way is through windows media player, which I really don't like.

Seems strange that you can't update files directly with Windows Explorer using Windows XP. You used to be able to with Windows 2000 and I have no problems doing that with Windows Vista (Home Premium edition).

I do use Windows Media Player to create Playlists and sync them to my Sansa Clip+ but for audiobooks I just drag and drop folders from hard disk to Sansa with Windows Explorer. I use Windows Explorer to delete unwanted files and folders on the Sansa all the time, like when I have finished reading a book or to delete book cover art files within the folders I have drag and dropped.

My win7 laptop can access the files (but that's not where I have all the mp3 file). Maybe it is because XP is 64-bit?

Anyway, the laptop will have to do.
