I have the same question. Sansa Clip is good, though the clip breaks off easily. It is still going strong so I skipped the Clip+ and like this poster, I look forward to the third generation.

If there is one improvement I'd like to see, it would be a better stronger clip. I used clip it on my t-shirt and listen. It is unobtrusive. The clip has since broken off :(

Better battery life, i.e 30 hours would be nice.


Personally I don't need a radio, so that could be omitted, but I would like a clock/calendar.


Other aspects like screen and size can stay the same, remember, if you want to watch video or a larger screen the sansa fuze is next step up.

I wonder though if Sansa is leaving the mp3 as a market in decline to smartphones
