I'm not exactly sure when i got this sansa... it was either Late 2010 or early 2011... I'm thinking within the first few months of 2011. I've been using it just fine. My sansa went dead and normally it takes a minute or two to turn on when i connect it to the computer for it to charge. This time though, It won't connect no matter what computer i plug it into. No screen pops up from the player, and no notification pops up on the computer. I tried resetting it too. But I'm not sure why it's not working.
