I am using XP professional with SP2.When I connect the Sansa clip and open the same through the 'My computer' I can  see all the folders I have loaded.But the size of the folder(in MB usually) is not read when I move the curser over the folder.Trying right click and context menu also does not help.This only happens with Sansa. Transcend,Zen etc reveal the details without any difficulty.

How can I make the computer read the details of the folders in Sansa clip?Please help.
