Hi Sansa Community:

Matt wrote me and encouraged me to share helpful information with the group.  So, here's how I cured the dreaded "Stalled Download" when downloading audiobooks from my library.  It was so easy!  After trying lots of other options, I simply increased the Virtual Memory in my computer.  Go to My Computer, View System Information under System Tasks, and choose the Advanced tab, Performance tab, and  Advanced tab.  Then choose Virtual Memory and increase the amount allocated.  I re-set mine to 4000 initial, 9000 maximum.  After I did that, I was able to download and transfer an audiobook to my Sansa Clip Plus with no problem.  I hope this helps someone.  Ed
