my sansa clip + one day froze and when it fell to the ground about (3 in only) it wouldn't turn on back again...when i connected it to my computer it still wouldn't turn on...and then it suddenly got warm...is it broken or is it the usual freezing thing...its been 3 days already and it still wouldn't turn on!! HELP PLEASE!!

I bought an album off Amazon and copied in to my Sansa. The songs play just fine but will not advance to the next song. It just keeps replaying the first song even if I tell it to play all. What am I doing wrong?
