How could I forget it? I use it almost every day! Yeah, it is a long password for that I don’t want anybody else to log on my computer. What should I do now? A friend of mine told me I can reset Windows 8 password through an admin account. I’m the only one to use the computer and the locked account is exactly the admin account. Many important things have saved in my computer, reinstalling means I will lose everything. There must be some other good ways for Windows 8 password recovery. I found another computer and asked online for answers to Windows 8...

Two tips to Connect users for extra listening pleasure: 1. The Connect's PlaysForSure support makes it compatible with OverDrive Media and NetLibrary audiobooks. These are the two formats that many local libraries use. Check with your local library, you may have a free source for mainstream audiobooks. (You can check for yourself whether your local library offers OverDrive Media audiobooks here on the right under "Search Libraries." If not, ask them if they support NetLibrary.) Note that for spoken word like audiobooks and podcasts, you'll want a proper resume feature, i.e., resume from the place you left off in the song/audiobook/podcast. The Connect will resume properly from Sleep, but not from full Shutdown. Per the FAQ, Sleep goes into Shutdown after 72 hours. 2. Hook up the Connect to your stereo through a Creative Xmod enhancer (powered via an A/C-to-USB connecter like this ), and you've got the best quality radio feed ever! (Because the Xmod needs A/C power, it's sadly not a walk-around solution.)

IBM may no longer be making personal computers, but it's still selling them. The company is clearing out stock of some older, refurbished models of its desktops and laptops, and is throwing in a free MP3 player. Buyers who order a certified, used PC from IBM's Web site will receive at no extra charge a SanDisk Sansa 1.0-Gbyte MP3 player that can hold up to 16 hours of music. IBM says the offer is good while supplies last. All desktops and notebooks are on sale at a 10% discount, plus they ship with a pink SanDisk Sansa® m200 1.0GB MP3 Player that can play up to 16 hours of MP3 music. This player will ship automatically with your PC purchase and comes with headphones and instructions. They say you need to hurry, this offer is good only while supplies last. You can find their specials here.

Sansa News

For folks that don't know I run a blog that is prodomintely focused on gadget news. I have added a news source for the Sansa and wonder if this would be of interest here. If so, I bet we could talk the Capable folks (the people that run this site) into adding a Sansa news area or blog. So check out the news just today and let me know if you think this would be a good thing to add here. If so, I will talk to them and see if we can add it in. This, of course would be in addition to the news they already have here. Maybe we coud add the two together and have a great addition to the site where you can find all the Sansa news at anytime. BTW, no, I am not trying to promote my blog, just looking to make this site a bit better for me, and everyone else, to find the information we/you need. So,Here is what we have found today. =========================================================================================== Sansa Clip Small Form Factor Music Player — Reviewed - RealTechNews Sansa Clip Small Form Factor Music Player — ReviewedRealTechNews, CA - 40 minutes agoBy Martin Regtien...

Accessories for the View?

Does anyone know when we might see some good accessories specifically for the new Sansa View? The only made-for-it case I can find is the DLO action jacket which I hate. I am looking for a silicone skin, and no one seems to make one yet. Any ideas?
