When I plug it into my computer, It wont let me in, it says there is a I/O device error. And to make matters worse, I am using the latest firmware so I just don't know what to do. I've heard great things about a more stable firmware with the fuze and I'm wondering how stable it is. Not so great - the new player won't download any album or artist info. The downloaded song will play, but the screen lists all that info as unknown so I can't sort my music or anything.
