My girlfriend would love to have a good armband case for her e250, but we can't seem to find one anywhere that doesn't cost at least $25 or more. Before I scour the Internet, do any Sansa experts have any recommendations for the best low-budget case for this model?

Online Backup for Flash Drives

SanDisk has unveiled the Cruzer Titanium Plus USB flash drive, which makes easier to back up data. This 4GB drive Features includes: - Automatic online backup - Compatible with Windows Vista, XP and Windows 2000 The user can simply plug in the USB drive and copy files to it. Then the files are automatically backed up to a password protected online account, managed by BeInSync. Data will be backed-up (on Amazon’s S3 web servers) quickly once the PC connected to the internet, or the back-up process will be activated when the PC is online for the next time. Mode of Service: The drive comes with 6 months of service included, but users will then have to pay $30 a year for the online backup to continue. Storage: "SanDisk is offering an appealing package for consumers by marrying both online and offline storage into one easy and intuitive device, letting users take their files everywhere with less worry about data loss," said Motti Vaknin, CEO of BeInSync . Extra Features: - Crush-resistant metal case - Optional password protection - AES hardware data encryption The drive is supposed to be available in the USA in March 2008, priced at $59.99.

Sansa replaceable batteries

When reloading and recharging mine and my wife's Sansa players, I had a tendency to plug them in and leave them overnight. Over time, my wife started complaining that she was getting only one day of play from the battery, when she had been getting two. My impression on lithium-based batteries was that they would not be damaged by getting left plugged in. sansa tech support told me that I needed to make sure I unplugged the player once it was charged. My battery seems to be functioning normally... Any input?

Better earbuds

MP3 players have 'taken over"! I am 44 years old and mp3 is a cool creation for a lifelong music junkie of various genres. I am as bad as many teenagers for carrying one around. In most cases, the earbuds that come with the players are convenient enough, but the sound quality is far inferior to that of the after-market products out there. I constantly see people using the "stock" earbuds that come with their player. Do they not know that for 15 to 30 dollars they can get some that make the originals sound like "crap"? From my experience so far, the ones with 2 or three sizes of interchangeable silicone ear fittings give the best sound quality, That is, unless you want the added bulk and sound quality of full-sized earphones that cover the ears. I have heard that Philips puts out some nice buds with virtual surround sound. My personal experience is with a Utah based brand called " Skull Candy". The earbuds that come with the Apple and Sansa products are definitely inferior! Try some out if you want better sound quality at a reasonable price!

Micro SD 2GB Card

Bought my first memory card for my 2GB SanDisk. Do I have to format the card? Neither the SanDisk nor my XP PC will recognize the additional memory. Yes, I checked the remaining capacity of the SanDisk when it was not connected to the PC. Yes, I put the card in correctly. There's no other way to put it in. Do I have to format the card or tell the SanDisk something? Help!

Accessories for the View?

Does anyone know when we might see some good accessories specifically for the new Sansa View? The only made-for-it case I can find is the DLO action jacket which I hate. I am looking for a silicone skin, and no one seems to make one yet. Any ideas?

A cheap wrap for my Sansa Connect

I was looking for accessories for my new Sansa Connect -- shopping for belt holsters. And it suddenly occured to me: this thing is the same size as my old "clamshell phone." All the basic phone holsters that work for clamshells work for the Sansa Connect --> so suddenly I had a hu-u-u-u-ge and cheap selection to pick from. And.... Of course, I have a whole drawer of "old stuff" -- and in it I found my old phone clipons. They are already in "my style" (since I picked them with care a year ago), and they are there for free.

To armband or not to armband

I don't own a Sansa yet, but I'm strongly considering picking up a Connect for my wife. We have quite an MP3 collection and I know she'd love it. She also does a lot of rollerblading and outdoor activity. I know she'd love to have her player with her, so I was thinking about picking up an armband for the Sansa when I get it. Thing is that I've never been a big fan of this kind of thing (armbands), because it always feels like the wearer is going to drop or otherwise brutalize their player jogging/biking/blading around with it on their arm ... to say nothing of sweating all over it. Anyone got experience that could alay (or compound) my fears? Anyone got any armbands to recommend, while we're at it?
