Sansa clip+ not working after i erased songs.

G'day people. Can anyone help me. Just bought the "clip" last week and was stuffing around with it. Got Rapshody to check comp for songs and downloaded it onto the CLIP. Realized it had downloaded good as well as bad songs onto it, so i tried to erase them by opening the CLIP's file and deleted all the songs. Now i can drop, download and paste the songs onto the clip and it says they are on the clip, but when i disengage the clip from the computer,it always opens in settings. There is no recognition of any songs. No play button, no forward or backward . Tried formating 4 times by clip as well as comp. Returned to factory settings. Nothing works. HELP

my boyfriend gave me a new sandisk sansa e260 mp4 player, I enjoyed using it, but last week when me and my friends went out for a party, and one of my friends Dorinda had a digital cam so she recorded a part of the party dancing, I asked for a copy of the vide which is in mpeg4 type. but I cant download it to my sansa device, a message appears saying that the file may be coppied, but can not be played/vied in the device,

I plug my sansa e260 in and it syncs fine...i drag my songs from limewire to windows media player and put them on my sync list....when i hit sync my sansa screen goes blank and reboots and windows media player says device lost...it does this every single time i try to put songs on it now. this is rediculous!!! Do i have to reformat?? will that even work????

Can't see music files through my computer

With my fuze connected to my computer through the USB port I can't see any media files by exploring through my computer. The Device is set to MSC and I am using Windows XP Pro. I can see the folders but there is nothing in them but there is music on the device.

Ok- I am getting a bit older... ahem.... and do not understand computer things at all. I live in a remote part of the US, and thought a computer would help me keep in touch with the world, and also got a Sansa Clip so I could download music- BUT I just don't understand the instructions, and there isn't anybody nearby to ask for help. I want to download music from some 'source', to my Sansa Clip. I would like a free source, obviously. Can someone help? So far, I have 1 song on my computer. Start/computer/music. I will also have the Sansa plugged into the computer. The computer said it 'recognized' the Sansa at one point. I don't see an icon in the lower taskbar now though. I have Media Player. I don't understand how to get the song from the file in the computer to the Sansa. Can someone who is patient help, please? (I also looked on the Music forum where several people have asked for help, but nobody replied to help them) Thank you

battery life

OK I wrote recently that I was on my 3 rd Sansa View, with no luck in getting more than 4 hours of battery life. I got no usable advice from "support". Now it seems by accident or something? I have gotten extended battery life. This is how it went. I got the 3 rd one and charged it right away…did not take very long 10 minutes or less and the little green battery indicator moved rather slowly?…on using it I got no better battery life…then I was using it while working and it stopped...., I wasn’t able to get to it to turn it off for a while, maybe an hour or so. When I got back to the computer to plug it in nothing happened when It seemed dead to the world would not come on would not charge…totally dead. Maybe an hour later I plugged it in again…it started charging and the little green battery indicator was moving rapidly, something different. Not sure how long it charged….I let it play over night and…low and behold…in the morning, over 8 hours later it was still playing!!!! I used it this morning and it played for 4 hours more,...

Battery life

I am using my 3rd...that is my third Sansa View. I returned the first 2 because the batterys would last less that 4 hours total, just playing music, no video. One of the reasons I got this thing Is that there are times I need it to play for up to 11-12 hours, not much to ask when it is advertised to play for 35 hours. So do I just keep returning these things untill I get one with a good battery? or is there some other workable way to get 12 hours of play time?
