Lost Sansa Software - At Wits End

Hi Sansa Community! I've gone & lost the software for my Sansa Connect, and am now on a new PC to boot. I've downloaded Yahoo! Music Jukebox, and it will not recognise my player. I'm wondering if there was some other software that I needed to hook up the device so based around connectivity. :/ (yes sansa, that's a little gripe from a little nobody). I can't use the PC I had originally to connect the software, so that's right out, and quite frankly I'm at my wits end. HELP! (oh, and thank you as well)

Hi, I received the 8g View and would like to know how well Media Monkey works on the player. I have read many accounts of how terrible the Bestbuy software clutters the view.

e200R series being discontinued?

I just stopped in at Best Buy and they are no longer stocking the R series. They still have a few 2 and 4 gig models, but I wanted the e280R. Is the Rhapsody version being discontined? It's no where to be found on the Sansa site although it is still available to purchase at the Rhapsody site, although at a higher price than Best Buy was originally selling. If being discontinued, what is the future for Rhapsody compatible Sansa players? My understanding is that the R version worked better and more seamlessly with Rhapsody To Go and you could load Rhapsody channels which you cannot do with other "plain" Sansa players. Any info would be appreciated. thanks!

Difference between the e200 and e200R

Someone asked me the difference between the Sansa e200 and the Sansa e200R (Rhapsody support) models. What they were really asking is whether or not the e200 could be "turned into" the e200R with a firmware update or other easy change. I did some digging, and it appears that the answer is no. They are totally separate products. One supports Rhapsody (transferring Rhapsody channels to the player) and the other does not. Thought I'd share.
